At Christie's, New York Auction house, "Nude, Green Leaves and Bust," which had a pre-sale estimate of between $70 million and $90 million, was sold at $106.5 on Tuesday evening to an unidentified telephone bidder.
This is the highes price record of Picasso's painting since "Boy With a Pipe (The Young Apprentice)" at Sotheby's.
